Dr. Michael Snider

Dr. Michael Snider completed his undergraduate studies at Clemson University in 2005.  He received his B.S. degree in Microbiology, Magna Cum Laude.  He earned his D.M.D. degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2009.  Dr. Snider has been practicing in Greenwood, SC since his graduation.

Dr. Snider focuses on restorative dentistry including crowns, bridges, veneers, cosmetic bonding, composite resin restorations, root canal therapy, and implant restoration. He has completed continuing education in CAD/CAM restorations.  Dr. Snider currently acts a Mentor for CEREC, and assists in training other dentists to use the technology. He has also attended the Zimmer University on Implant Dentistry in San Diego, California.  Dr. Snider is a certified provider of the TAP appliance used in treating Snoring and Sleep Apnea.
 

Dr. Snider is a member of the South Carolina Dental Assocation, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and a leader of CEREC study club.


Dr. Snider married his wife, Emily, while in dental school.  They have a cat, Olive, and a dog, Bowman. They also have one daughter, Reeves.  He is a member of the Rotary Club of Greenwood, Greenwood Touchdown Club, and is a member of the First Presbyterian Church.  He enjoys golf, tennis, fishing and all Clemson sports.
